Charming Mallorcan finca in Cas Concos
Located near the village and a 20-minute drive from the most beautiful beaches in the south of Mallorca.
Capacity for 8 people.
On the ground floor there is a large and spacious entrance hall, a living-dining room and a separate fully equipped kitchen. There is a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower.
On the floor are the three remaining bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds. There are two bathrooms, each with a bathtub.
The entire accommodation is air-conditioned.
On each floor there is a terrace offering breathtaking views.
You will undoubtedly appreciate the outdoor spaces of the house the most. There is a large garden area, at the back there is a barbecue area to enjoy pleasant meals with family or friends, there is also a large swimming pool and sun loungers to relax in the sun.
TO CONSIDER:
- All guests over the age of 16 staying in holiday homes must pay tourist tax. Some portals do not charge tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included. (3 Kwh/day and person)
- A refundable deposit is required.
- Parties are not allowed.
