This beautiful country house is located in the countryside between the towns of Campos and Santanyí. The best beaches on the island: Cala Llombards, Cala Santanyí, are only 10 minutes away by car.
This beautiful, charming villa offers 170 square meters of space, ideal for 8 people. It offers a successful blend of rustic villa living with a modern atmosphere.
An open-plan living/dining area welcomes you upon entering the house, featuring sofas, satellite TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi, a large dining table, and hot/cold air conditioning. The modern, fully equipped kitchen makes preparing delicious meals easy and will help make your holiday a special time for the family.
There are four bedrooms, all with two single beds, and two bathrooms, three upstairs and one en-suite; the fourth bedroom and second bathroom are on the ground floor.
The comfortable area has a beautiful, simple garden, a barbecue area and a child-proof, fenced swimming pool of 7.5 x 3.5 square meters.
