Large country house in the south of Mallorca.
This tastefully furnished, rustic-style, two-story country house can accommodate 10 people on 235 square meters.
There are 5 bedrooms: one with a double bed and four with two single beds; three bathrooms: one with a bathtub, two with showers.
The house features a comfortable living/dining room with a fireplace, satellite TV, and Wi-Fi. From here, you have access to the fully equipped kitchen, which is semi-open thanks to a large interior arch.
On the 1st floor you will find another large living room.
The outdoor area offers a variety of possibilities with 2,500 square meters.
You can enjoy the 4x8 m swimming pool. Relax on the sun loungers, have a drink in the shade of the trees...
The pool is fenced and has a lockable gate, ideal for families with young children.
On the covered terrace there is a large dining table and other seating.
Enjoy the beautiful Mediterranean garden... with outdoor barbecues!
TO CONSIDER:
- All guests over the age of 16 staying in holiday homes must pay tourist tax. Some portals do not charge tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
