The accommodation can accommodate 2 people. It is composed of a living space with a sofa bed; a functional equipped kitchen (microwave oven and hotplates); and a clean shower room. It is located on the 2nd floor without elevator.
Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler.
The studio is ideally located in the city center, close to various bars, restaurants, shops and places of interest!
For your daily shopping, you will find a "MONOPRIX" and a "Carrefour City", respectively downstairs from the apartment and a 4-minute walk away.
Visit the city on foot and discover must-see attractions such as: the Ramparts 4 minutes away; the Château de l'Hermine 6 minutes away; the historic center at the foot of the building; the Porte Saint-Vincent 5 minutes away; the Port of Vannes 13 minutes away, the Etang de Duc 15 minutes away.
You can also go on an adventure and explore the surrounding area! The Gulf of Morbihan Regional Natural Park is a 12-minute drive away; Conleau Beach is 15 minutes away; the Séné Marshes Nature Reserve is also 16 minutes away; and many more...

A City of Art and History, Vannes is located at the gateway to the Gulf of Morbihan, in southern Brittany, on the Marle estuary. You will begin by admiring the medieval ramparts, among the best preserved in Brittany, which give rise to a charming walk along the Garenne, a path that runs alongside them, punctuated by gardens and pretty wash houses. After exploring the port, with its tree-lined quays including the Quai de la Rabine, take the 17th-century Porte Saint-Vincent, built to connect the port and the historic district: you enter the old town via a street lined with old buildings, private mansions, and half-timbered houses. Go back up to the Place des Lices where the 1912 market halls await you. Dedicated to food products, they welcome you on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sunday mornings, as well as all day Saturday. As for events, the Vannes Historical Festival is celebrated in mid-July. Jazz is in the spotlight as part of Jazz en Ville, in July and August. Vannes is an ideal starting point for exploring the Gulf of Morbihan by boat: around forty islands are listed there, excluding islets, each with its own characteristics.
