Located on the heights of Deauville, in the immediate vicinity of the famous Golf Barrière, in a secure luxury residence, our apartment will offer you all the comfort you need to recharge your batteries. Featuring a beautiful balcony terrace, you can enjoy a superb view of the sea, the seaside resort of Deauville, and the residence's magnificent wooded park. Located less than a 5-minute drive from the beach, it's the ideal place to enjoy the bustle of the resort, while enjoying a peaceful setting. A tennis court shared by residents completes this beautiful apartment.
With a maximum capacity of 2 people, the apartment is composed as follows:
- A large living room (lounge/dining room) equipped with luxury furniture, very bright with a direct view of the sea and the Deauville resort. You will have access to its balcony/terrace equipped with a table and 4 chairs to enjoy the rays of sunshine.
- A fully equipped independent kitchen (oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, etc.)
- On the night side, you will find a beautiful bedroom equipped with a King Size bed (180x200cm) and a dressing room.
- A luxury bathroom with a walk-in shower.
- Separate WC.
Also available to you: Bed and bath linen, free WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
On request, we can provide you with a baby bed.
An outdoor parking space will also be made available to you free of charge (ideal during busy summer months).
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise must be limited between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In the event of non-compliance with the internal regulations, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and activate the bank guarantee in the event of excesses or damage. We thank you for your understanding.
By staying with us, you will have access to all the different parts of the accommodation.

Our apartment is located next to the Deauville Golf Club, a 15-minute walk from the Deauville Casino (a 5-minute drive). It is also an 8-minute drive from the Deauville-Trouville train station.
Your host will be at your disposal during your stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.
Arrival: Physical check-in will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Please let us know your arrival time as early as possible to best organize your key collection.
Departure: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
We do our best to provide you with a warm welcome. Please be as specific as possible about your arrival times and notify your host if you plan to be late. Any arrival after 8:30 p.m. will be charged €20, payable through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or debited from your security deposit.
If you arrive after 10:30 p.m., we will no longer be able to accommodate you, and your overnight stay will not be refunded. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please let us know as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.
You may be asked to provide valid identification upon check-in. A property inventory and photo inventory of the property will be taken prior to your arrival.
If additional guests other than those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of €100/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
