4 bedroom villa enjoys an excellent location close to the beach and resort centre in Cala Blanca, as well as free WIFI, air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms.
You have private parking for you hire car wiht the driveway leading to the YP entrance at the front of the house. Villa Roser has a BBQ area and pool terrace. The fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the living area and overlooks the side of the villa.
All 4 bedrooms have air conditioning/heating at no extra cost.
The villa has a private swimming pool which has a shallow circular section at one end, ideal for small children. The pool is surrounded by a spacious terrace area to relax with a cool drink before taking a much-needed dip in the pool to cool off.
Private pool depth is: 6.5 feet max, min. 2 feet
