Close to the town center, this Soulacaise with its shared passage overlooking the rear house while being independent welcomes you to spend a pleasant stay. This house is composed on the ground floor of a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room/dining room opening onto a covered terrace and a garden, a 1st bedroom with two separate single beds with desk, storage and its cold water corner, a 2nd bedroom with a 140cm double bed with storage and its separate shower/WC corner, a shower room/WC. Upstairs, a television area, a bedroom with a single bed and a 140cm double bed and storage. The exteriors are equipped with garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs. Possibility of renting the two houses together for a reception of 10 people (ref. 030 -031). Deposit to be paid on site. Holiday vouchers accepted.
