Charming holiday home with swimming pool and sea view.
The house is located about 250 m from the beach. The balcony offers a fantastic view.
This beautiful property is located in the small town of Betlem, about 5 kilometers beyond Colonia de Sant Pere, where there are supermarkets and other shopping options. The house, situated on a raised ground, offers fantastic views of the sea and the mountains. The beach is just 250 meters away.
The holiday home features two bedrooms. One of them has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds. This bedroom adjoins a living room with a sofa that can also be used as a sofa bed. Another bathroom with a shower has been installed.
In addition to the fully equipped kitchen, there is also a large living/dining room. It has comfortable sofas, a TV with DVD/CD player, and internet access. The large dining table can accommodate the entire group.
On the large roof terrace, with magnificent views, there is quality furniture, as well as an outdoor barbecue for convivial barbecues.
Comfortable seating has been provided on the terrace in front of the house with direct sea views. There is a private swimming pool of 09x04 m long and other relaxation areas outside, as well as a table tennis table and comfortable sun loungers on the lawns of the well-kept garden with Mediterranean plants.
