You ski immobilier is proud to offer you this superb chalet for rent, recently renovated, with quality materials and all the comforts for 10 people.
Enjoy approximately 120 m² fully furnished for your stay with family or friends, with a very beautiful living room, 4 bedrooms, two shower rooms, a bathroom and two toilets, as well as a huge terrace with open views.
On the ground floor, you will find an entrance hall with storage, a shower room with WC, a spacious living room of approximately 40 m2 with fully equipped kitchen, lounge and dining area, all opening onto a beautiful 15 m2 terrace with mountain views.
Upstairs, a bathroom, a shower room, a separate toilet, as well as three bedrooms with double beds, and a fourth bedroom with two single beds and a bunk bed, for a total capacity of 10 people.
The kitchen is modern and equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, oven, electric coffee maker, kettle, raclette grill, toaster, and all the crockery for 10 people.
You will also appreciate its superb entrance with large storage spaces, washing machine, dryer, and electric shoe dryer.
RESIDENCE LES CHALETS DE L’ARVAN II:
Ideally located in a quiet area, yet very close to the ski lifts and the toboggan run, with numerous hikes nearby. Located near the church of St Sorlin d'Arves, at the foot of the Col de la Croix de Fer and in the LES SYBELLES ski area, access to the slopes and shops is very easy on foot (around 10 minutes) or even faster by free shuttle.
Possibility of parking near the chalet (residence parking).
Swimming pool accessible free of charge in summer during the residence's opening hours, i.e. from July 7 to August 25.
Please note that sheets and towels are optional and at an additional cost.
You can order them up to 3 days before your arrival.
Pets are not allowed to stay in this chalet.
