Superb apartment of approximately 120m², completely new and very comfortable! It is located at the foot of the slopes of Saint Sorlin d'Arves and close to shops and the ski school.
Its location and charm make it a very pleasant apartment for family vacations.
The apartment is nestled in a recent residence and in a unique setting close to the slopes and the village but quiet from noise and prying eyes.
On the third floor with elevator, you will find an entrance hall, a living room with fully equipped kitchen, a lounge with TV and wifi, a very large balcony high up with unobstructed views of the slopes, the mountains and the village.
In the sleeping area, you will find 4 bedrooms: the first has a double bed measuring 160*190cm and nearby there is a toilet and a shower room. The second has a single bed measuring 90*190cm and a double bed measuring 140*190cm and has its own shower room and toilet. Then there is a children's bedroom with a single bed measuring 90*190cm and a bunk bed measuring 90*190cm, a toilet nearby. And finally, a spacious master bedroom with a double bed measuring 160*200cm and private access to a bathroom with a washing machine and dryer.
The kitchen is modern and equipped with a dishwasher, a large fridge, an oven, an electric filter coffee maker and another with pods (DOLCE GUSTO), a kettle, a raclette and fondue set, a toaster, and all the crockery for 10 people!
Enjoy free use of three parking spaces and a ski locker.
