I am delighted to welcome you to my charming 42 square meter apartment, located on the 1st floor (street noise) without elevator, located 5 minutes walk from the BEACH.
It is composed of two bedrooms, a fitted kitchen, a shower room and can accommodate 3 people.
You will ideally stay in the city center, close to the Old Port and the Bonaparte Garden.

My apartment is clean, well-equipped, and will be perfectly suited to a tourist stay for 3 people.
To access the accommodation, there is an unprotected staircase that is not suitable for young children.
It is composed of two beautiful bedrooms including a double bed and a single bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room and a living room with a dining area and a television.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, Washing machine, Coffee machine, Microwave, Gas hob, Extractor hood, Fridge + freezer.
Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler.
My apartment is located near the Old Port (4 min walk), and you will ideally stay in the city center!
Don't miss visiting the must-see places in Saint-Raphaël such as: Notre-Dame Basilica (3 minutes on foot), San Rafeu Tower (7 minutes) and Bonaparte Garden (5 minutes).
The Esterel Trail and the Coastal Trail are just a 4-minute drive away for unforgettable walks and hikes.
As for the most beautiful beaches, you will find:
- The magnificent Plage de la Tortue with an excellent restaurant just 8 minutes away by car (pedestrian crossing under the railway from the post office, straight after the spar)
- Veillât Beach in the center of Saint-Raphaël (5 minutes on foot)
- Saint-Aygulf beach towards Saint-Aygulf (12 minutes by car) via Fréjus.
For the rental of nautical equipment and accessories, the Nautique Concept is a 5-minute drive away, and for sailing fans, the Club Nautique de Saint Raphaël is also 5 minutes away.
