The Tres Carabelas development enjoys an excellent location, with the port and Las Fuentes beach a 2-minute walk away, and the town center just over 10 minutes away. It features a communal swimming pool and a large garden for sunbathing.
Right across the street from the urbanization is the Michelin-starred restaurant "ATALAYA".
The studio has a terrace with beautiful views of the shared garden and palm trees, as well as partial sea views.
It features two single beds, a cozy living-dining room with a comfortable sofa that converts into a sofa bed, a TV, and a ceiling fan. Next, there's a small kitchenette with a ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, and all the basic kitchen utensils, including glasses, pots, pans, and cutlery.
Finally, a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
