Ground floor apartment on the seafront in the quiet and family-friendly Tres Playas development. This apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for up to 4 people. It has Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout. It also includes a parking space in a secure garage.
The Tres Playas development is just a 10-minute walk from Moro Beach and Tropicana Beach. It's less than 15 minutes from the Crisdan supermarket. The town center is about a 30-minute walk away. This is a family-friendly development.
The accommodation is distributed as follows:
At the entrance, on the left side, is the bedroom, with two single beds. Next is the bathroom. Next is the master bedroom en suite, with a double bed and an en suite bathroom.
We continue towards the living room, where on the left is the open kitchen (equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, etc.), and on the right the living-dining room.
Finally, the jewel of the apartment, a large relaxation terrace with side sea view, a perfect place to disconnect.
It has a communal swimming pool, which is never very busy, as the number of apartments in the block is not very high.
*This is a ground floor, but there is a flight of stairs to access the urbanization.
