With its large private garden of over 700 m² and its capacity to accommodate up to 15 people, this charming, fully renovated 1950s villa combines authenticity with modern comfort.
Description of the villa:
On the ground floor, the apartment features a large, bright living area with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen including a refrigerator, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, and washing machine. The lounge area, equipped with a television, is ideal for relaxing. This apartment also includes three bedrooms: two with a double bed on the ground floor and one with four bunk beds. Upstairs, an additional bedroom with a double bed completes this space.
The second apartment, located upstairs with a separate entrance, offers a bright veranda and a pleasant living room. The kitchen is separate and well-equipped, and the bathroom has a toilet. This apartment offers two large bedrooms: one with a 140x190 bed and a 90x190 bed, the other with a 140x190 bed. A 130x190 sofa bed in the living room can accommodate additional beds.

The villa offers a large terrace equipped with garden furniture, ideal for al fresco dining. The spacious garden is perfect for relaxing, playing, or simply enjoying the sun.
