Beautiful apartment for 5 people in the Las Brisas urbanization, 600 meters from Moro beach.
Las Brisas is a small, quiet family-friendly urbanization with extensive community facilities: swimming pool + children's pool, paddle tennis court, children's playground, and underground garage.
The 55 square meter accommodation has two bedrooms. The has a double bed with a new mattress (2023). The second bedroom has a bunk bed. The sofa bed can accommodate one person.
It has a bathroom with a bathtub.
The American kitchen, open to the living room, is very well equipped: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster, utensils and cutlery...
The living-dining room is comfortable, air-conditioned, and opens onto a very pleasant terrace, as shown in the photos, with a view of the garden and the swimming pool.
