On the 1st floor with elevator, this bright T3 apartment FACING THE SEA is located in a residence with swimming pool (open from mid-June to mid-September). Access to the Grande Plage is direct. The living room facing the sea, with its sofa bed, opens onto a large balcony where you can enjoy the magnificent view of the ocean while staying connected thanks to WIFI. The kitchen is fully equipped and fitted, the back kitchen offers additional storage and the comfort of the dishwasher and washing machine. The 1st bedroom faces the sea with a 160 cm bed. The 2nd bedroom, with a 130 cm sofa bed, overlooks the parking lot. The bathroom includes a sink and a shower cubicle. The apartment has a garage which will allow you to enjoy your vacation on foot or by bike (shared room for bicycles). Pets are prohibited. CAPACITY: 6 people - Living area: 69 m². BED LINEN PROVIDED
