Located on the 3rd floor of a chalet without elevator, it includes:
- a mezzanine with a 140 x 190 bed and a 90 x 190 bed (new bedding).
- a bedroom with a king size bed 180 x 200 (new bedding).
- a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate WC.
- an open and fully equipped kitchen.
- a dining room with an extendable table.
- a living room with a large chaise longue sofa.
- an east-facing balcony with exceptional views of the Rochers des Fiz and the Aiguille du Midi.
You will particularly appreciate its tastefully decorated living room and its calm.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, Television, Combined washing machine and dryer, Hair dryer, Combined oven and microwave, Dishwasher, Induction hob, Refrigerator, Freezer, Raclette machine, 2 Fondue sets, Soup mixer, Complete kitchenware, Filter coffee machine, etc.

It should be noted that:
- the Wifi code is displayed at the entrance to the chalet.
- the accommodation is non-smoking and pets are not allowed;
- little extras are included in the rental price: supply of bed linen (duvet cover, DH, pillowcase), supply of bathroom linen, toilet kit and paper, crockery kit.
- access to the mezzanine is reserved for children over 10 years old (with stair railing).
- the swimming pool is heated and secure. It is open during the day in summer (from July to August).
Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler.
