New apartment at the foot of the slopes in the heart of the Saint-Jean-D'Aulps resort.
It benefits from a view of the mountains, a northern exposure and a ski-in ski-out location close to the cable car in the Saint Jean D'Aulps resort.
A large private, closed garage and a ski room for storing your equipment are provided with the accommodation.
The apartment is composed as follows:
- An entrance with coat racks and benches for putting on shoes
- A bedroom en suite with double bed (160x200), two bedside tables with lamps, built-in cupboards with wardrobe. Office area with chair. Electric shutter. A bathroom with walk-in shower, a sink with storage, a towel dryer
In the hallway:
- A separate toilet with washbasin
- A living/dining room area with a double convertible sofa bed (140x190), a connected television
A large dining table with chairs, a fully equipped kitchen: fridge, freezer, extractor hood, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee maker, oven, toaster
- A mountain view terrace, equipped with a table and chairs for eating outside
- A second bedroom with two single beds (90x200), built-in cupboards, electric shutter
- A mountain corner with a bunk bed (90x200)
- A family shower room with a large walk-in shower, a sink with storage drawers, a mirror, a heated towel rail, a washing machine

The residence is currently undergoing renovations, and the common areas are not yet complete. Access to the residence by car may be difficult due to the partially paved road. Furthermore, the neighboring building is also under construction, which may cause noise and dust pollution for which we cannot be held responsible.
