In a secure residence with swimming pool and 300m from the beach in Valras-Plage!
The "Les Soleillades" residence is a quiet, secure residence with a swimming pool!
This charming pavilion is composed as follows:
- A small outdoor area with a pleasant terrace with barbecue
- A parking space
- A living room with sofa opening onto a kitchenette, a bathroom, a separate toilet.
- Upstairs: a mezzanine with a double bed (140), a sofa bed, and a cabin with bunk beds (90).
Good to know:
- Animals weighing less than 6 kilos are accepted.
- Filter coffee maker.

- Close to the shared swimming pool
- Ideal for families, the residence is located very close to an inflatable play area open in season.

What to do in Valras / Sérignan and the surrounding area?
A multitude of activities are available nearby: Bicycle rental, Jetski, pétanque ground, Karting, Treetop adventure course, canoeing
In case of bad weather: Plan a visit to the Toy Museum in Valras or the Museum of Contemporary Art in Sérignan. Otherwise, relax at the Spa or Casino!
All amenities within a few minutes' walk: supermarket, pharmacy, tobacconist.
Shopping? Sérignan commercial area is 4 km away and Béziers Polygone is 20 minutes away.
In the evening: Many restaurants, bars and a club!
Getting around: Free shuttle from Valras-Plage from the various free car parks to the city centre. Bus line E.

- From January 1st to June 30th and from September 14th to December 31st:
Monday - Tuesday - Wednesday - Thursday - Friday - Saturday: 2 p.m. / 6 p.m.
-From July 1st to September 14th: Saturday: 3 p.m. / 6 p.m.
