Located in the Alizea Beach residence, on the 3rd floor with elevator, apartment Mezzanine apartment with terrace where you will enjoy a superb sea view and direct access to the swimming pool and beach!
(Please note: swimming pool closed out of season)
Composed of a kitchen, a living room with sofa bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed 140, 1 mezzanine with 2 single beds 90 and a sofa bed, separate WC, and bathroom with shower and close to all shops.
What to do in Valras / Sérignan and the surrounding area?
A multitude of activities are available nearby: Bicycle rental, Jetski, pétanque ground, Karting, Treetop adventure course, canoeing
In case of bad weather: Plan a visit to the Toy Museum in Valras or the Museum of Contemporary Art in Sérignan. Otherwise, relax at the spa or casino!
All amenities within a few minutes' walk: supermarket, pharmacy, tobacconist.
Shopping? Sérignan commercial area is 4 km away and Béziers Polygone is 20 minutes away.
In the evening: Many restaurants, bars and a club!
Getting around: Free shuttle service from Valras-Plage to the city center from the various free parking lots. Bus line E.
