Located on the ground floor with terrace, this 2-bedroom apartment is composed of a kitchen, a dining/living room with sofa bed, a bedroom with a 140cm double bed, a bedroom with a bunk bed, a separate toilet, and a bathroom with shower.

What to do in Valras / Sérignan and the surrounding area?
A multitude of activities are available nearby: Bicycle rental, Jetski, pétanque ground, Karting, Treetop adventure course, canoeing
In case of bad weather: Plan a visit to the Toy Museum in Valras or the Museum of Contemporary Art in Sérignan. Otherwise, relax at the Spa or Casino!
All amenities within a few minutes' walk: supermarket, pharmacy, tobacconist.
Shopping? Sérignan commercial area is 4 km away and Béziers Polygone is 20 minutes away.
In the evening: Many restaurants, bars and a club!
