900 meters from the beach and the town center, in a residence with a shared swimming pool, quiet and peaceful area, magnificent 4-room house, composed as follows:
- on the ground floor of a garage,
- on the 1st floor: entrance, living room, open-plan kitchen.
- On the second floor: three bedrooms, a bathroom.
2 toilets, 2 terraces.

Good to know: You have to cross a street to access the swimming pool.
SHEETS AND TOWELS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL.

The residence is a very quiet residence: its occupants appreciate the respect of the rules of life within the accommodation and also at the swimming pool.

Tuesday - Wednesday - Thursday - Friday/Saturday: 9am-12pm / 2pm-6pm,
- From July 1st to September 14th: Saturday: 3 p.m. - 6 p.m.

What to do in Valras / Sérignan and the surrounding area?
A multitude of activities are available nearby: Bicycle rental, Jetski, pétanque ground, Karting, Treetop adventure course, canoeing
In case of bad weather: Plan a visit to the Toy Museum in Valras or the Museum of Contemporary Art in Sérignan. Otherwise, relax at the Spa or Casino!
All amenities within a few minutes' walk: supermarket, pharmacy, tobacconist.
Shopping? Sérignan commercial area is 4 km away and Béziers Polygone is 20 minutes away.
In the evening: Many restaurants, bars and a club!
Getting around: Free shuttle from Valras-Plage from the various free car parks to the city centre. Bus line E.
