Our charming apartment is located within the Roches Normandes residence, right next to the famous Roches Noires, where Marguerite Duras and Marcel Proust once stayed. You'll be immediately captivated by its seafront terrace and exceptional panoramic views of the beach.
We have tried to do our utmost to make our family apartment a real place of relaxation and sharing, allowing you to recharge your batteries, enjoy life in Trouville and discover our beautiful region.
On one level, our apartment is arranged as follows:
- a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen (with stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, dishwasher and all the equipment needed to cook delicious meals with family or friends) opening onto a living/dining room area with direct access to the terrace offering a breathtaking view.
- 1 beautiful bedroom with dressing room equipped with a Queen size bed 160x200cm offering a full sea view as well as the Roches Noires gardens.
- 1 small bedroom with 2 single beds 90x200cm (brand new bedding)
- 1 large bedroom with a view of the Roches Noires garden, equipped with a 160x200cm queen-size bed and a dressing room.
- 2 bathrooms: the , very spacious, will offer you 1 shower + 1 bathtub, the second, smaller, will offer you 1 shower with rain shower.
The residence is located in a quiet area, just a stone's throw from the famous Roches Noires. The place is full of history, and we will be sure to reveal its secrets to you upon your arrival :)
At your disposal: Bed and bath linen, free WiFi, dishwasher, etc. As well as garden furniture with table, chairs, parasol and 3 deckchairs.
Please note that breakfast is not included in the rental and that the accommodation does not have private parking spaces.

LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise on the terraces must be limited between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In the event of non-compliance with the internal regulations, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and activate the bank guarantee in the event of excesses or damage. We thank you for your understanding.
By staying with us, you will have access to all the different parts of the accommodation.

The apartment is ideally located in the famous Roches Noires district, on the boardwalk of Trouville-sur-Mer and just minutes from the Casino, the Cures Marines and the resort's best restaurants.
Your host will be at your disposal during your stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.
Arrival: Physical check-in will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Please let us know your arrival time as early as possible to best organize your key collection.
Departure: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
We do our best to provide you with a warm welcome. Please be as specific as possible about your arrival times and notify your host if you plan to be late. Any arrival after 8:30 p.m. will be charged €20, payable through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or debited from your security deposit.
If you arrive after 10:30 p.m., we will no longer be able to accommodate you, and your overnight stay will not be refunded. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please let us know as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.
You may be asked to provide valid identification upon check-in. A property inventory and photo inventory of the property will be taken prior to your arrival.
If additional guests other than those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of €100/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
