Welcome to "Les Meloines," our magnificent 2-bedroom apartment located in the Philippe-Joppé Center, designed by the renowned architectural firm Wilmotte & Associés. With direct access to Tresmeur Beach and breathtaking sea views, our accommodation is the perfect place for an unforgettable seaside vacation.
Our spacious 70 m2 apartment, ideally located opposite Tresmeur beach, offers you a breathtaking view of the sea with its three balconies directly overlooking the sea, you can enjoy breathtaking panoramas at any time of the day.
"Les Meloines" features two comfortable bedrooms, perfect for up to four people. The bedroom features a double bed, ideal for couples, while the second bedroom has two single beds, perfect for children or friends traveling together.
After a day exploring the region's natural beauty or lounging on the beach, you can relax in our bright living room, equipped with all the necessary amenities. A fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals using local produce, which you can enjoy while admiring the sunset from one of our balconies.
You will also have access to a year-round heated indoor swimming pool (15mx4m), allowing you to relax whatever the weather.
A parking space is available, with an electric vehicle charging station available. The residence is secure, with a security guard on site, ensuring your peace of mind. Additionally, an elevator is available for easy access.
Please note that the new Philippe-Joppé Center will officially open on July 13, 2024. The photos provided are not contractual, some are 3D visuals, others were taken during the shooting of the show apartment in February 2024 which presents an ambiance and furniture in all respects similar to those of the "Les Meloines" apartment.
