- two sleeping areas with a bunk bed and a sofa bed;
- a fully equipped kitchen;

- a comfortable lounge to relax in after a day of walking;
- a balcony to get some fresh air and enjoy a beautiful view of the Praz Sur Arly ski resort (diamond area).
You will particularly appreciate its practicality and brightness.
Everything you need for a great stay is at your disposal, including: Filter coffee machine, oven, microwave, television, refrigerator, ski in/ski out, raclette machine, fondue set, kettle, travel cot, etc.
Sheets and towels are provided at an additional cost.

- About 150 m from the village center with bakery, pharmacy, restaurant.
- Close to the ski slopes, quickly accessible on foot or by shuttle bus opposite the equipment rental shops.
- Numerous mountain walks starting from the accommodation.
- 5-10 minute walk to a playground, hot air balloon departure and lake for summer swimming.
- 5 minutes by car from the prestigious ski resort of Megève.
- Close to many other ski resorts.
For your daily shopping needs, a supermarket, "Sherpa Supermarché Praz sur Arly," is just a 3-minute walk away.
