It includes two bedrooms with two double beds, a bathroom with shower, a dining room, an open-plan equipped kitchen, and a living room. The balcony offers a view of the Canal du Midi, and you can enjoy the outdoor furniture for your aperitifs.

It's a favorite spot for Toulouse residents, who enjoy spending time in the greenery and bustling Port de la Daurade or Place Saint-Pierre. A beautiful stroll that's a must! The Garonne is connected to the Canal du Midi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, by the Canal de Brienne. Boat trips, walks, and bike rides along the towpaths: treat yourself to some lovely refreshing moments.
