Located on the 4th floor with elevator, it includes:
- a mountain corner with a bunk bed;
- an open bedroom with a single bed;
- a functional shower room;
- separate toilet
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a dining room (with table and chairs);
- and living room area with a convertible sofa.
You will particularly appreciate its brightness and its lack of vis-à-vis.
For your comfort, you will have at your disposal: Parking, Ski room, Wifi, Television, Washing machine, Iron, Hair dryer, Combined refrigerator and freezer, Steamer, Crepe pan, Measuring cup, Scales, Citrus press, Raclette and fondue machine, Classic electric coffee machines and Krups with Dolce Gusto pods, etc. Sheets and towels are provided at an additional cost.
Please note that if you need additional storage for food, we also provide a small side table on wheels, with drawers, which are located behind the entrance curtain.
The apartment is well laid out. Everything is within walking distance!
It is also located close to many shops, restaurants, the casino, cinema, media library, and Briançon train station. There is also a supermarket just a 7-minute walk from the building.
Activities to do near the accommodation:
- For ski lovers, the Prorel cable car is 250 m away: it's up to you to choose between downhill skiing, snowshoeing or ski touring. At the foot of the cable car, you also have a ski rental shop and, for your children, the ESF (French Ski School). Also a few meters away, is the Sainte Catherine bus stop, which serves the cross-country ski resorts (Le Monêtier-les-Bains line 55, Névache line 7, etc.);
- For water sports lovers: you will find a store offering rafting, kayaking and hydrospeed trips at the foot of the Prorel.
Briançon also has a water sports center (a 15-minute walk away, with three 25m and 50m outdoor pools and a fun pool with a slide). There is also an ice rink right next door. In the surrounding area, you will find numerous lakes and a bio-swimming pool in Chantemerle;
- For mountain lovers: the region is full of numerous hiking trails, climbing sites and rivers for fishing;
- For thrill-seekers: Parc de la Schappe (a 10-minute walk) offers treetop adventure courses and several activities for children. Around Briançon, you'll also find via ferratas for all levels, as well as magnificent zip lines and downhill karts;
- For cycling enthusiasts: there is a cycle path at the foot of the building that allows you to connect the SNCF train station and Le Monêtier-les-Bains by bike. For more thrills, opt for downhill mountain biking;

Briançon is a true little corner of paradise where everyone can find something to their liking. This city of art and history, fortified by Vauban in the 18th century, is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Briançon boasts a remarkable collection of military structures, built between the 18th and 20th centuries to improve the city's defense system. The tour includes the upper town, or Vauban citadel, the very heart of Briançon, dominated by the fortified castle, and the surrounding fortifications of Fort des Salettes, Fort des Trois Têtes, and Fort du Randouillet. In winter, Briançon becomes a popular destination for ski enthusiasts, as its ski area is part of the famous Serre Chevalier resort.
