Welcome to the French Riviera!
I am delighted to welcome you for a relaxing and touristic stay with family or friends. You will appreciate the peace and quiet of the neighborhood and you will have direct access to the beach on foot.
My charming apartment is composed of:
- 2 bedrooms: 1 master bedroom with 1 double bed (140 x 190) and 1 private bathroom (Italian shower with disabled access + toilet); and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (1 place (90x190) + 1 single bed (90x190)
- 1 separate bathroom with walk-in shower + toilet
- 1 open kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher and washing machine which also functions as a dryer.
- 1 living room with a dining area, sofa, TV, wifi, furniture for indoors and for the terrace.
You will particularly appreciate the large TERRACE for lunching outside while enjoying the magnificent SEA VIEW that will be offered to you!
You will also have an assigned Parking Space.
Don't forget the POOL to relax and sunbathe on the deckchairs on beautiful sunny days! The pool is open from May 1st to September 30th from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. It is not supervised. The pool is prohibited for unaccompanied children under 12 years old.
You have table football and ping pong at your disposal! Next to the swimming pool.
Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler.
The residence is located in the commune of Sainte-Maxime, and close to the coastal town center of the commune of Les Issambres, all amenities, marina, and links to the islands and coastal towns of the Var (including St-Tropez 20 minutes by sea).
You can take advantage of the nice weather to go for walks or bike rides to discover the surrounding area and enjoy the various bars, restaurants, and shops. Elephant Beach is a 15-minute walk away, and the famous Nartelle Beach is 30 minutes away.
A market every Friday, as well as a flea market on Wednesdays will enhance your walks by the sea. In addition, you can visit many other towns and villages such as Ramatuelle, Gassin, Saint-Raphaël, Cannes, Nice, Villefranche-sur-Mer, Grasse, Cagnes-sur-Mer, and of course Saint-Tropez, accessible in 30 minutes by car.
Don't miss visiting the must-see places in Sainte-Maxime such as:
Sainte-Maxime port (8 minutes by car), Jardin Bonaparte garden (30 minutes by car), Aqualand (11 minutes by car), the Myrtes Botanical Garden (10 minutes by car) and Les Éléphants de Mer (15 minutes on foot).
Visiting Sainte-Maxime is also an opportunity to enjoy a hike in the small mountain range known as the Massif des Maures or in the heart of Pointe de Sardinaux where you can discover all the richness of the flora of Sainte-Maxime.
For your daily shopping, you will find the SPAR Supermarket a 5-minute walk away.
