Designed for 2 people, it is composed as follows:
- A dining room and a lounge area offering a direct view of the sea.
- For a true disconnection, the accommodation does not have a television. High-speed Wi-Fi (fiber) is available in each room.
- A fully equipped open kitchen: refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.
- A beautiful bedroom equipped with a desk for teleworking and quality Queen Size bedding (160x200 cm).
- A shower room with double sink unit and storage.
- Separate WC.
🚗 Parking:
No private parking, but free spaces 20 meters from the accommodation (no guarantee of availability).
✅ Equipment provided:
- Bed and bath linen, free WiFi, washing machine, hairdryer, baby cot (umbrella) available on request (remember to ask before your arrival). ⚠️ Breakfast not included.

To respect the neighborhood, we ask that you limit noise between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated. In the event of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the lease and activate the bank guarantee in the event of disturbances or damage.

📅 Arrival and departure times:
- Check-in: 4 p.m. - 8 p.m. Please let us know your arrival time as soon as possible to optimize your welcome.
- Check-out: 8 a.m. - 11 a.m.
⚠️ Late arrivals:
Between 8:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m.: +€20 surcharge, to be paid via the platform, in cash or debited from the deposit.
After 10:30 p.m.: No arrivals. The overnight stay cannot be refunded. Please notify us promptly in case of unforeseen circumstances; we will do our best to find a solution.
Formalities:
- Valid ID may be requested upon arrival.
- An inventory and photo inventory of the equipment will be carried out before your arrival.
- Any person not indicated in the reservation will be charged €100/person/night, taken from the deposit.
