- sleeping areas with a ceiling-mounted foldaway bed and a convertible sofa (the studio has a sliding door revealing a sleeping area separate from the living area);
- a functional shower room;
- a fully equipped kitchen.
You will particularly appreciate its calm and its breathtaking view of the Canal de l'Ourcq from the balcony, ideal for enjoying the sunset or a coffee in the morning.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Television, very high-speed fiber (800 Mbps for comfortable teleworking, the front door is connected with the code so no more forgetting keys), Video projector for movie nights, Washing machine, Iron, Hair dryer, Fan, Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven, Coffee machine, etc. Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The accommodation is located at 19 Quai de l'Oise, a stone's throw from Parc de la Villette and the Ourcq (line 5) and Laumière (line 7) metro stations. A true cocoon in the city, quiet and well-connected.
The neighborhood is also lively and pleasant, perfect for enjoying Paris in a different way.
Just down the road from the building, the bar "Les Bancs Publics" is a great, friendly place to eat, and just across the street, the pizzeria "La Simonetta" delights with its fresh produce.
For groceries, an Auchan supermarket is a 5-minute walk away, and a Bio c'est Bon supermarket is 10 minutes away, offering excellent products. A local cheese shop on Rue de Crimée also offers excellent cheeses at reasonable prices.
Looking for something to do? You can rent a license-free boat from "Chez Marin d'eau douce" for a canal cruise. The Cité des Sciences is just a stone's throw away, making it ideal for young and old alike. Finally, a stroll along the canal to Pantin is highly recommended: peace, quiet, greenery, and a relaxing atmosphere are guaranteed.
