Located on the 2nd floor without elevator, this family apartment includes:
- 1 bedroom with 1 large bed for 2 people
- 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a functional bathroom and shower room;
- a dining area with a table and chairs;
- a comfortable living room with a sofa bed, and possibly 1 small extra bed for a child (furniture/cupboard);
- a balcony to enjoy a magnificent view of the surroundings.
- a terrace to get some fresh air;
- a magnificent shared swimming pool.
You will particularly appreciate its freshness and brightness as well as its beautiful view.
Everything you need for a great stay is at your disposal, including: Dolce Gusto coffee machine, microwave, television, refrigerator, oven (crisp stainless steel), hairdryer, steamer (iron), dishwasher, etc. Please note that bed linen and towels are provided at an additional cost.
You will have games and toys available for your children.
The apartment is located in a complex and benefits from tennis courts, padel courts, golf and mini-golf courses, football pitch and synthetic basketball court with numerous sports activities (petanque, Fitness Animations, Circus School, etc.).

Located at the foot of the Esterel massif, Saint-Raphaël is particularly attractive for its fine sandy beaches and water sports. However, this seaside resort in the Var region boasts several historical treasures, such as the remains of its 12th-century ramparts and its religious buildings. In the old town, wander through the cobbled streets to the Romanesque church of San Rafeu, whose watchtower offers a beautiful view of the town, the bay, and the Esterel massif. The church's former presbytery now houses the Museum of Prehistory and Underwater Archaeology, with its remarkable permanent collections. Dating back to the 19th century, the Notre-Dame-de-la-Victoire basilica, located in the old port district, stands out for its Romano-Byzantine style.
Other attractions in the old town of Saint-Raphaël include its flower and vegetable market, whose scents are matched only by the explosion of colors. After strolling around the old port and the seafront, head to the Bonaparte Gardens for a pleasant stroll in the shade of the palm trees, with views of the old port and the bay well worth the trip!
Saint-Raphaël is also a starting point for the Corniche d'Or, the winding road that connects Cannes along the seafront. Over 40 kilometers, splendid landscapes follow one another, justifying the numerous stops to immortalize the beauty of the Mediterranean Sea.
