- a lounge area to relax after a day of walking;
- an office area with a computer screen, ideal for teleworking

- a furnished terrace with garden furniture and dining table for 4 adults (the floor had to be recently removed)

- Parc des Buttes-Chaumont 100 m away (a true green lung in the heart of Paris)
- The Bergeyre hills are just in front of the residence
- Belleville Market 5 minutes walk (Tuesday and Friday);
- The Canal Saint-Martin and the Canal de l'Ourcq between 10 and 15 minutes
- La Villette, a 20-minute walk away; and many more...
- A 10-minute walk from the Secrétan market halls and the Jourdain district
- Place de la République, a 20-minute walk away
You will particularly appreciate the brightness (South-facing) and the careful decoration of the apartment.
Imagine yourself relaxing on the terrace having an aperitif, while looking at the Eiffel Tower and other monuments of Paris (Montparnasse Tower, Arc de Triomphe, Beaubourg, Invalides, etc.)

The apartment is easily accessible thanks to the nearby metro lines 2 and 11, allowing you to quickly reach Châtelet, Le Marais, Montmartre and the banks of the Seine, but also Gare du Nord, Gare de L'Est or Gare de Lyon.
Two supermarkets (Franprix and Coccinelle) are located at the foot of the building for your daily shopping, and you will also find a bakery, pharmacy, tobacconist, wine cellar and cheese shop just a 5-minute walk away.

The Belleville/Buttes Chaumont 🌳 district of the 19th arrondissement is a Parisian arrondissement located in the north of the city. A very pleasant place to live, it boasts diverse environments, is home to very different populations, and is a great place for families and children in general.
