Beautiful 45 square meter apartment located in the 15th arrondissement of Paris.

This apartment has two levels:
- upstairs a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed;
- and downstairs a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.
You will particularly appreciate its brightness and calm.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, Washing machine, Hair dryer, Fan, Microwave, Coffee machine, etc.
Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The apartment is located close to many bars and restaurants.
You will find a "Franprix" supermarket a 5-minute walk from the building for your small daily purchases.
The area is also well served by public transport.
Places of interest near the accommodation:
- the Palais Garnier 25 minutes by metro;
- the Eiffel Tower 25 minutes by bus;
- the Arc de Triomphe 30 minutes by metro;

The 15th arrondissement is a pleasant and lively neighborhood. It provides access to many of Paris's monuments (Eiffel Tower, Invalides, Place du Trocadéro, École Militaire), and is also not far from train stations (Montparnasse, Saint-Lazare) or parks (Breteuil, Champs de Mars, Trocadéro, André Citroën).
Very commercial, it has its own shopping center, Beaugrenelle, and its streets lined with shops like Rue du Commerce. It's a pleasant place to be, thanks to its relaxed atmosphere and its security.
