Located on the 4th floor without elevator, my apartment includes a bedroom with a double bed; a shower room; separate toilet; a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a television and a dining area, where you can have your meals or relax after an intense day.
During your stay, we inform you that children and additional guests cannot be accommodated.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Washing machine, Dryer, Coffee machine, Kettle, Toaster, Small fridge, Electric hob, Microwave, Combination oven, Steam iron, Television with channels and DVD player.
Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler.
You will ideally stay in the city center! You will find everything you could need: various bars, restaurants, shops…; and you can visit historical places (on foot) such as: the Ramparts (4 minutes), the National Fort (8 minutes), the Saint-Vincent Cathedral (2 minutes), the Saint-Pierre Gate (5 minutes), the Bastion of Holland (6 minutes) and many more...
Bon-Secours Beach and Mole Beach are a 5-minute walk away! The large Sillon Beach is 8 minutes away!

For your daily shopping, you will find a Carrefour City and the Petit Casino, respectively 3 minutes and 4 minutes away on foot.

A corsair city facing the sea, Saint-Malo is today a renowned seaside resort. Surrounded by ramparts, the walled city of Saint-Malo was admirably rebuilt identically after its 80% destruction in August 1944. The city of Saint-Malo forms a superb ensemble, with its ramparts, castle, and beautiful buildings. The unmissable promenade along the ramparts offers splendid views of the sea, the sandy beaches at the foot of the ramparts, Fort National, the port, and the buildings of the city within the walls. To learn about the history of Saint-Malo, head to the castle's large keep, which houses the city and Malouin region's history museum. Visitors can also visit the Grand Aquarium of Saint-Malo, a space entirely dedicated to the marine world.
Every four years, the city of Saint-Malo hosts the start of the Route du Rhum, a famous solo transatlantic sailing race that links Saint-Malo to Pointe-à-Pitre in Guadeloupe.
