Magnificent 39 square meter accommodation located in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains.

The apartment is warm and welcoming. It is fully equipped and perfect for a tourist stay. It includes an elevator, a coffee machine (filter), a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a large refrigerator, and a television.
The accommodation has 5 beds of the following type: 4 single beds (two of which are pushed together, which can make a double bed: 160x200 cm) and a sofa bed (140x190 cm).
The terrace, with its table and chairs, will be very popular in summer and will allow you to eat and relax outside. It faces south with views of the Dômes de Miage and Mont Joly.

The swimming pool is open from July 1st to September 6th from 9 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
There is also a large public car park around the residence, where you will always find space.
The city center can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes, and the thermal baths are 1.5 km away and are served by the shuttle near the residence.
The apartment is ideally located, just 50 meters from the new valley lift and the new "Alpin" gondola, which will allow you to reach the slopes with ease.
Professional cleaning is performed before and after each guest. Sheets and towels can be provided at an additional cost.
The neighborhood is very nice. You will be close to shops, ski shops, the town center, and the ice rink.
Chamonix Mont-Blanc train station is a 30-minute drive away.
