Ideal for a vacation with family or friends, we offer this 70 m², 3-room apartment in Saint-Gervais, which can accommodate up to 4 people. It is located in a quiet chalet on the heights of the village. It is 5 minutes from the town center and 10 minutes from the slopes.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor. It faces west and has a balcony with a lovely view of Mont-Joly, the Aravis mountain range, and the entire village.
Composition of the apartment:
- Living room with sofa, television, dining area, wood stove and access to the balcony.
- Fully equipped kitchen with 4 induction hobs, extractor hood, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and kettle; raclette machine and fondue set.
