Magnificent 55 square meter accommodation located in Saint-Marc-sur-Mer.
ArrayIt is perfect for a tourist stay and can accommodate up to 5 people.
The accommodation is ideally located facing the sea.
Welcome!
Located on the 3rd floor with elevator, the accommodation includes:
- two bedrooms with two single beds and one double bed;
- a fully equipped and functional kitchen;
- a bathroom with a bathtub
- and a living room with a convertible sofa.
You will also have a terrace facing the sea; and furnished with a table and chairs for 5 people.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Parking, Hairdryer, Television, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Coffee machine, Microwave, Wifi.
Sheets and towels are provided at an additional cost. Professional cleaning is performed before and after each guest.
You'll find all the shops on the street. The local produce market is held every Thursday and Sunday (all year round).
A city bus service is located 200 meters away.
There are many tourist activities to do within a 30 kilometer radius:
- La Baule,
- the salt marshes of GUERANDE,
- the CROISIC peninsula and its OCEARIUM,
- Saint Nazaire and its cruise ships
- and the Brière park.

Saint-Marc-sur-Mer is a seaside resort located in France and popular for its beautiful, wild beaches surrounded by rocks. Summer is the ideal time to enjoy the sun and swim. The small resort remains relatively untouched by the influx of tourists.
Monsieur Hulot Beach is the tourist hotspot. A wooden esplanade allows you to stroll along the beach and observe the bronze statue representing the famous character of Jacques Tati. Several restaurants are also accessible from this beach, and in the summer, there are many activities (paddleboarding, kitesurfing, etc.). This beach, which is the city's main attraction, is classified as a Blue Flag and has obtained the Handiplage label.
