Located in the LES CYCLADES residence with a shared swimming pool open from June 15 to September 15 (opening subject to government and prefectural decisions), air-conditioned pavilion with full equipment. (2 bicycles are available under your responsibility)
In its relaxing setting you will discover this T3 as follows:
Entrance through the courtyard, ideal for relaxing with 2 deckchairs provided! On the ground floor: a spacious veranda, living room with NON-convertible sofa and TV, modern and functional equipped kitchen area (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, combined oven/microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine, etc.), a bathroom with Italian shower, a separate toilet and a bedroom with a 140 cm bed.
Upstairs: a 2nd bedroom with a 140cm bed, TV, and an adjoining alcove with a 90cm bed + 1 extra bed (fireside chair).
Fully air-conditioned pavilion! Close to the beach (700 m), shops (100 m)
400 m this property will only fill you with happiness when you come to our beautiful region.
Peace and relaxation will be there!
Parking is possible in the driveway for small cars only, otherwise you will have to park on the street outside the residence.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
This rental accepts pets - A supplement of €30 per pet/stay will be requested.
