One of the house's assets is its location. It is located in a secure subdivision that requires respect for the neighborhood, just 400m from the nearest cove and less than 1km from the wheelchair-accessible sandy beach of La Gaillarde.
Explore the Mediterranean seabed by snorkeling, spot crabs on the rocks, and try a paddleboard or pedal boat trip. The more adventurous can opt for kitesurfing, a ten-minute drive away, or scuba diving.
For a family ice cream outing or a spot of shopping at the traditional Saint Aygulf market, the town center is just 2 km away. Take the pretty walking path, accompanied by the sound of cicadas and the scents of sea and pine, and continue to the iconic village square.
