Beautiful, spacious and elegant villa in Moulleau for 12 people, it will be the perfect cocoon for your stay in the Bassin!
In the immediate vicinity of the famous village of Moulleau, its shops and its beach, this contemporary villa in a privileged location will offer you a comfortable and quality stay!
Entirely turned towards the outdoors, your vacation promises to be relaxing and unforgettable!
VILLA LAYOUT
Access the villa via its outdoor terrace and enter the bright and spacious living room with direct access to the garden, which also serves as a dining room. Extending from the living room is the modern kitchen, fully equipped with all the necessary equipment. A classic filter coffee machine and a Nespresso coffee machine are available.
Behind the kitchen is the sleeping area where you will find the bedrooms and bathrooms of this main level.
There are four bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and they share two beautiful renovated bathrooms. The bathroom offers a walk-in shower, a double sink, and a separate toilet. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower, a single sink, and a toilet.
Upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and the other with two single beds (90 cm) that can be joined together. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower and single sink, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub and single sink. A separate toilet is also located on this floor.
Pleasant and spacious, each of the rooms allows its occupants to claim a certain comfort, and their own privacy while favoring calm.
OUTSIDE
The villa's shaded terrace will allow for convivial meals outside and will guarantee you a little coolness on hot summer afternoons.
You can enjoy its long dining table and 12 chairs for your meals and aperitifs with family or friends.

A Weber barbecue will allow you to enjoy grilled food during hot summer afternoons, and the pétanque court will be perfect for waiting before lunch.
EQUIPMENT & SERVICES
Upon your arrival, towels and linens will have been freshly prepared and installed (included in the rental price). For a two-week stay, a linen change and cleaning are included in the price and will take place at your convenience and that of our cleaning team.
