Magnificent 69 square meter apartment located in the 4th arrondissement of Lyon.
ArrayAccessible in 20 minutes by bus C13 from Part-Dieu station and able to accommodate up to 6 people, it is ideal for a couple or a group of friends.

Located on the 1st floor with elevator, the accommodation includes:
- Two bedrooms overlooking the courtyard with two double beds;
- A shower room;
- A fully equipped kitchen;
- A lounge area with a convertible sofa to relax after a day of walking.
One of the apartment's advantages is its location:
- Accessible by bus C13 in 20 minutes from Part Dieu station (also serves Hôtel de Ville and Cordeliers);
- Boulangerie des canuts (best bakery in the Rhône!) 2 min walk;
- Large food market in Croix Rousse, 5 minutes on foot, every morning except Monday;
- Supermarket 5 min walk;
- Close to various shops, restaurants and bars;
- Crossing (bedrooms to the north, living room + kitchen to the south);

Notable places are:

- Rosa Mir Garden
- Villa Gillet
- The Canuts Wall. A painted wall depicting Croix-Rousse architecture.
- Sculpture "Le chant des Canuts", installed in a square next to the town hall. This statue, created in 1984 by Georges Salendre, depicts two lovers singing the Chant des Canuts.
