We offer for rent this magnificent 65m² two-bedroom apartment with a breathtaking view of the magnificent bay of Les Sables d'Olonne.
Located on the 3rd floor of a secure residence with elevator, this accommodation is an exceptional property located at the foot of the large Plage des Sables d'Olonne and its cycle path, its surf spots, and its beach huts.
700m from the pretty pedestrian streets of the town center and its shops.
The apartment is spacious and very bright, it is composed as follows:
- A large living room with open fitted and equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, filter and Senseo coffee machines, kettle, toaster, ceramic hob, etc.)
- Two bedrooms with double bed and storage, one of which is equipped with a television
- A bathroom with sink and electric towel dryer
- Separate WC
- A furnished balcony
You will also have a washing machine at your disposal.
A perfect vacation spot to create lots of beautiful memories, with your feet in the water!
Bed linen is included for all stays of at least one week.
