Welcome to Peymeinade!
Nestled in the hills above the city, this fully renovated villa offers an exceptional living environment in a residential area with breathtaking views of the Tanneron hills and the Bay of Cannes. Set on a vast 4,500 m² plot, this property features a lush vegetable garden and a private swimming pool.
This 120 m² single-story house features a fully equipped kitchen, including a stovetop, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. The air-conditioned living and dining areas are furnished with a large table for six, a comfortable sofa and armchairs, and a television.
The villa has three bedrooms, each equipped with a spacious 160 x 200 cm bed. Regarding air conditioning, it's important to note that the two bedrooms on the north side do not have this option. The modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower and an elegant double sink vanity.
Outside, a 10 x 4 meter swimming pool is secured by an alarm and maintained with the greatest care all year round, allowing you to cool off while admiring the view. A south-facing terrace is perfect for enjoying breakfast while contemplating the hills of Tanneron. A second fully sheltered terrace offers an ideal space for aperitifs and meals away from the sun and heat.
Additionally, your pets are welcome to share your holiday experience in this peaceful setting.
The house is just 3 km from the town center of Peymeinade, where you will find all the necessary shops, supermarkets, doctors, and pharmacies. In addition, the city of Grasse is 5 km away, Lake Saint Cassien is 10 km, Cannes is 15 km, and Nice Airport is 40 km away.
Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler.
PASSENGER ACCESS
Guests will have exclusive use of the entire property during their stay. Keys will be automatically handed over via a key box starting at 4 p.m. at the property's address.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Linen is provided from 6 nights, it will be optional at an additional cost for stays of less than 6 nights and on request.
