This superb, newly renovated wood and stone apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. It is ideally located in the heart of the 1800 resort in the "Les Colchiques" building of the "Les Hauts de Préclaux" residence, close to all amenities (restaurants, supermarket, bakery, winter sports equipment rentals, etc.).
As for sleeping arrangements, you will find a bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm double bed, two 80 x 190 cm single bunk beds in the sleeping area and a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room.
The bright living room offers a lounge area with television, a dining area that can accommodate 6 guests at the table as well as a fully equipped open kitchen: refrigerator, ceramic hob, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, microwave...
A bathroom with a bathtub to relax after a sporty day in the mountains; and a separate toilet complete the package.
Perfect for a ski-in/ski-out stay, you will have a private ski box to store all your ski equipment and you will be able to hit the slopes as soon as you leave the ski locker.
For your comfort, access to the residence's heated outdoor swimming pool is included; as are the sauna cabins and the fitness area (wellness area open seasonally only in summer and winter).
