Agence des Orres offers this 35 m² apartment, which sleeps 6. Ideally located on the slopes of the "Les Colchiques" residence in Hauts de Préclaux, in the heart of Les Orres 1800, close to all shops.
The apartment has a living room with a modern and comfortable sofa, convertible into a double bed, and a fully equipped kitchen area to make you feel at home: ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, microwave, raclette and fondue set....
It features an east-facing terrace with direct access to the ski slopes. Ideal for a ski-in/ski-out stay, you'll also have access to a private ski locker to store your skiing equipment.
As for sleeping arrangements, you will have at your disposal a bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm double bed equipped with a new mattress; a sleeping area with two 80 x 190 cm single beds; a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet.
