Ideally located in the heart of Les Orres 1800, on the 2nd floor of the "Les Eglantines" building in the Les Hauts de Préclaux residence, this 35 m² apartment can accommodate up to 6 people and is offered to you in Les Orres.
It has a living room with a sofa and a television, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker, etc.), a bedroom and a sleeping area, a bathroom with a bathtub for a moment of relaxation and a separate toilet.
The balcony, furnished and ideally exposed to the south, will offer you a breathtaking view of the snow front and the ski slopes.
As for sleeping arrangements, you will have a 140 x 190 cm double bed in the bedroom and two 80 x 190 cm single beds in the sleeping area, which you can put together to create a double bed; and a two-person pull-out sofa bed in the living room.
For your comfort, you will appreciate the "ski-in/ski-out" departure from the ski locker where a private box will be reserved for you.
You will also have unlimited access to the residence's heated outdoor swimming pool, its sauna cabins and its fitness room (space open in summer and winter, only in season).
