Agence des Orres offers this 40 m² apartment that can accommodate up to 6 people. It is ideally located in the heart of the Orres 1800 shopping square in the "Les Colchiques" building of the Hauts de Préclaux residence, close to all shops (restaurants, supermarket, bakery, ski rentals, etc.) and the resort's many activities.
The apartment consists of an entrance hall with storage leading to the sleeping area, a living room with a fitted kitchen area and lounge-dining area, a bathroom with a bathtub to relax in after your sporting days, a bedroom and a separate toilet.
From the small east-facing balcony, you will enjoy sunny mornings while observing the pretty view of the slopes and the surrounding mountains.
As for sleeping arrangements, you will have at your disposal a double bed measuring 140 x 190 cm in the bedroom, two single beds measuring 80 x 190 cm in the sleeping area and a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room.
For a "ski-in/ski-out" stay, put on your skis and access the slopes directly from the ski locker where you will have a private box to store your equipment.
