In the heart of Les Orres 1800, the Agence des Orres offers you this beautiful 51 m² accommodation which can comfortably accommodate 8 people, for a "ski-in/ski-out" stay.
From the "Les Colchiques" building in Hauts de Préclaux, you can enjoy all the amenities of the shopping area (restaurants, supermarket, bakery, souvenir shops, newsagents, laundromat, etc.) and you can put on your skis as soon as you come out of the ski locker to go straight to the slopes and explore the superb Les Orres ski area.
With its mountain decor, this apartment has a pleasant attic living room with an open and fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter and Nespresso coffee machine, raclette machine, waffle iron, etc.
Facing south-east, the balcony, fitted with garden furniture, offers a lovely view of the ski slopes; the promise of sunny breakfasts while observing the surrounding mountains.
On the sleeping side, you will have three bedrooms: the with a double bed 140 x 190 and the other two with two single beds 90 x 190 cm (which can be pushed together to make a double bed). The sofa bed in the living room allows for a double bed. Each attic bedroom has a wardrobe and a skylight. A bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet complete the package.
You can also enjoy unlimited access to the residence's magnificent heated outdoor swimming pool, the fitness room and the saunas (open throughout the seasons, in summer and winter).
