This beautiful 33 m² apartment, designed for 4 people, is located in Les Orres. Ideal for enjoying a mountain stay, you'll appreciate the breathtaking view of the slopes from the sunny, south-east-facing balcony.
Located on the 2nd floor of the "Les Valérianes" residence in Hauts de Préclaux, it consists of an entrance with plenty of storage space leading on one side to the bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm double bed; and, on the other side, to the bathroom with bathtub and separate WC.
You will appreciate the spacious living space with its fully equipped kitchen area: dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.; and its convertible pull-out sofa bed for 2 people with a television for your relaxing evenings.
Stay connected even during your vacation thanks to internet access included with this accommodation!
You will find yourself just above the Orres 1800 shopping square where you will find restaurants, souvenir shops, a supermarket, laundromat, bakery, etc. You will also benefit from a private ski locker to store your ski equipment and direct access to the ski slopes as soon as you leave the lockers.
For a moment of relaxation, head to the residence's wellness area with heated outdoor swimming pool, saunas and fitness room (space open seasonally only, summer and winter).
LITTLE TIP:
To make your arrival easier, consider reserving a parking space in the residence's underground car park directly with the agency (additional charge and subject to availability). This will allow you to easily unload your luggage and access the accommodation directly via the elevator.
