Ideally located in Les Orres 1800, just a short walk from shops and entertainment, Agence des Orres offers you this lovely 39 m² apartment, recently redecorated, which will be perfect for a family stay in the mountains!
Thanks to its south-eastern exposure, you can take full advantage of the balcony nestled on the 3rd floor of the "Les Erines" residence in Hauts de Préclaux, to read your favorite novel or have a sunny breakfast.
The accommodation consists of an entrance hall with storage leading to the sleeping area, a large living room with a fitted kitchen, a lounge-dining room with a television, a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet.
As for sleeping arrangements, you will have two single bunk beds (80 x 190 cm) in the sleeping area, a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa convertible into a double bed in the living room.
For a guaranteed moment of relaxation, enjoy unlimited access to the residence's heated outdoor pool, fitness room, and sauna (wellness area open seasonally only, summer and winter). You'll also have access to a private ski locker to store your skiing equipment.
EXTRA: Reserve a parking space in the underground car park directly with the agency (at an additional cost and subject to availability) allowing direct access to the accommodation via the elevator.
